Metal Handrail.net is owned and operated by Carnley’s Cottage Industries, LLC.   We began in 2013 as a partnership with Zottola Fab Inc.  In 2016 we have stuck out on our own!  We have opened our own fab shop in Export, PA and now offer our DIY railing systems with finished paint.  Our goal is to offer fast friendly customer service and to ship all orders within a week!  We want to make metalhandrail.net the premier source on the internet for fulfilling custom railing DIY needs for residential customers all across the United States.
